The laboratory of Flavors of Yesterday is the beating heart of our company, where passion for nature and tradition is transformed into genuine, high-quality products. Here, with respect for the environment and our health, every stage of processing is done in an artisanal and natural way, using only the best raw materials grown directly on our land.

Since 2010, our workshop has been the benchmark for processing herbs into unique blends, such as our renowned “Erbe Magiche” mix, as well as processing hazelnuts, chestnuts and olive oil. Each product comes from our continuous pursuit of excellence, without the use of chemicals, but using ecological and ecosystem-friendly techniques.

We also welcome guided tours, where guests can discover firsthand the process of processing our products and immerse themselves in the history and values that have always driven us.
