WHO WE ARE.
Sapori di Ieri is a family-run organic farm located in Caprarola on the slopes of the Cimini Mountains, next to the Lake Vico Nature Reserve, right in the heart of Tuscia viterbese.
The owner is Antonella Finocchi, an agricultural entrepreneur who loves greenery and good quality food.
The main crops of Sapori di Ieri are those typical of the area – hazelnut, chestnut and olive – started many years ago on the lands, which once belonged to her grandparents to continue a tradition, which in Caprarola involves almost the entire population.
